This Refund Policy governs the purchase of all digital products sold by SightDepartment ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to Pulse Starter and Pulse Premium. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold by SightDepartment are digital goods delivered electronically.

  • Products are provided as ZIP files containing Shopify themes.

  • Upon purchase, customers receive:

    • A download link

    • A unique license key

    • Immediate access to the product

Due to the digital nature of our products, once access is granted, the product cannot be returned in a traditional sense.


2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pulse Themes Only)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee exclusively for:

  • Pulse Starter

  • Pulse Premium

This guarantee exists to allow customers to:

  • Verify that the theme matches the features and descriptions presented on our website

  • Review the structure, design system, and included setup guidance

  • Determine whether they feel capable of following the provided steps and building their store using the theme

Important Clarification

The 7-day guarantee is not intended for:

  • Conversion rate testing

  • Running live ad campaigns

  • Client delivery or resale validation

  • Revenue or performance evaluation

  • Extended use beyond initial inspection and setup review


3. One-Refund-Per-Customer Policy

Each customer is eligible for one (1) refund only, regardless of:

  • Which Pulse theme was purchased

  • How many times the product is repurchased

  • Whether the purchase is for personal use or for a client

This means:

  • If you purchase a Pulse theme and receive a refund, you forfeit all future refund eligibility

  • Any subsequent purchases made by the same customer are final and non-refundable

This policy is strictly enforced to prevent misuse of digital products.


4. Repeat Purchases & Refund Abuse Prevention

We actively monitor refund behavior.

Refunds will be denied if:

  • A customer has previously received a refund

  • A customer repurchases the same or a different Pulse theme after a refund

  • A pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests is identified

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Purchasing, refunding, and repurchasing the same product

  • Purchasing for multiple clients after already receiving a refund


5. Client & Third-Party Purchases

If you purchase a theme on behalf of a client or third party, you assume full responsibility for that purchase.

Refunds will not be granted due to:

  • Client non-responsiveness

  • Project cancellation

  • Internal business disputes

  • Failure to secure payment from your client

Client-related issues are considered external business risks and do not qualify for refunds.


6. Products Without a Refund Guarantee

SightDepartment currently offers only the following digital products:

  • Pulse Starter

  • Pulse Premium

Both products are covered by this Refund Policy. No other products are currently sold.

Outside of the conditions stated in this policy, all sales are considered final.


7. Eligibility Requirements for Refund Requests

To be eligible for a refund (within the 7-day window and if no prior refund has been issued), the following must be met:

  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase

  • The customer has not previously received a refund

  • The product was purchased directly from our official website

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these criteria.


8. License & Access Revocation

If a refund is approved:

  • The associated license key will be revoked

  • Any continued use of the theme after a refund is strictly prohibited

  • Access to updates, support, and documentation will be terminated


9. Payment Methods & Refund Processing

Refunds are processed using the same payment method and channel used at checkout, subject to the rules below.

International Credit / Debit Cards

If you paid using an international credit or debit card:

  • Refunds cannot be issued via InstaPay

  • Refunds will be processed only to the same card and bank used for the original purchase

  • Processing times depend on the issuing bank and may take several business days

Egyptian Cards (Local Payment Methods)

If you paid using an Egyptian card through our local payment option at checkout labeled:

Pay via (Debit/Credit cards/Wallets/Installments)

(which is powered by PayMob):

  • You are eligible to receive your refund via InstaPay

  • Refunds may be processed either:

    • Back to the original card, or

    • Via InstaPay, at our discretion and based on technical feasibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate InstaPay details when requested.


10. Final Decision Authority

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and in accordance with this policy.

By purchasing any of our digital products, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy

  • You agree to its terms in full
