Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive a download link for the digital product you purchased, please contact us within 5 days from the purchase date. After verifying the issue, we will resend the download link via email.
Incorrect File Sent: In the rare event that the file delivered is not what was originally described or is faulty, please contact us immediately with your purchase details. Upon verification, we will provide you with the correct file.
Accidental Multiple Purchases: If multiple licenses or products are purchased accidentally for the same item, SIGHT DEPT reserves the right to issue a refund for the duplicate transactions upon request. Please provide all relevant transaction details to facilitate this process.
